This day has been designed based on a series of exercises that Matthew goes through every year between Christmas and New Year’s to maximize his experience of the coming year.

This isn’t a passive, sit-back-and-listen experience. Matthew will guide you through a powerful process to evaluate where you are, uncover what’s holding you back, and build a roadmap for a deeply fulfilling year.

This isn’t one hour with Matthew and a bunch of other speakers. The whole day will be led by Matthew. The rest of the Floyd team will be present to help facilitate table conversations, to be a resource during breaks, and to provide support to make this an incredible day.
